The Alexander Babbage Team

As the Director of Client Success, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing a team of consultants and analysts to ensure projects are executed and delivered on time, on budget and are of the highest quality. She talks with clients daily to interpret their business needs and works with the Client Success team to deliver exceptional results. Her superior organizational skills and team-centric approach allow her to execute informative, actionable projects for our clients.

Jennifer attended Troy University where she studied Political Science and Marketing. In her past life (before Babbage), Jennifer was a project manager and consultant serving clients in the United States Air Force as well as other government entities, political campaigns, and non-profit organizations.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and making sure her two dogs and cat live their best lives.
