Jon has been with Alexander Babbage for over 15 years and is a key member of the executive team. He is a proven business leader with unparalleled leadership and analytical skills. He started with the firm as Director of Finance and has held positions of increasing responsibility until being named Chief Operating Officer in 2017. His current responsibilities include managing company operations and employee productivity; collaborating with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs; monitoring performance; and maintaining and building trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. He has more than 20 years of accounting, finance and operations experience working for marketing firms and advertising agencies.

Outside of the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and children, carpentry, kayaking, and coaching small business owners.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, Cum Laude.
